Corporate portrait sessions can be arranged at Shaan Studio or at your workplace, with scheduling tailored to your team's size and requirements.
Each person receives individual guidance on posing and expression, while lighting and composition are managed to maintain a consistent visual style across the team.
From Photography to Delivery
Corporate photography sessions are booked in hourly blocks, with a minimum booking of four hours.
Following the shoot, I curate the best usable photographs and present them in a private online gallery for your selection. Your chosen images are then professionally retouched and delivered digitally.
Photography fees and image fees are charged separately. A customised quotation will be provided based on your team's requirements.

Every organisation has different requirements. Before enquiring, it helps to consider a few details so we can understand the scope of your project and recommend a suitable arrangement.

Where will the photographs be used? For example, company websites, LinkedIn profiles, annual reports, press features or advertising campaigns. Intended usage helps us determine the appropriate image licensing.

How many people need to be photographed, and approximately how many finished portraits would you like per person?

Will you require group portraits in addition to individual headshots? If so, consider the number of group photographs and how many people will appear in each.

When would you like the photography to take place, and when will you need the finished images? Please allow time for image curation, selection and retouching after the session.

Optional express grooming and makeup services are available through our preferred makeup partner. Fees depend on the number of people and their grooming requirements.

Do you have a corporate colour or logo that you’d like incorporated? Do you have a particular look in mind? From clean, classic corporate portraits to more cinematic or editorial imagery, references are welcome.

How much does corporate photography cost?
Every assignment is different, so quotations are tailored to your requirements. Pricing depends on factors such as team size, location, photography duration, number of images required and intended usage.

How many photographs will we receive?
There is no fixed image package. You decide how many finished portraits you need, whether it's one per employee or several.
Photography fees and image fees are charged separately, and your quotation will reflect the number of images requested.
How long does it take to receive the finished photographs?
Turnaround time depends on the scale of the assignment, including the number of people photographed and the number of images selected for retouching.
We'll discuss your delivery deadline during the planning stage and advise on a suitable timeline before confirming the booking. A typical timeline is 2-8 weeks from the time you selected the final images.
Can we purchase additional photographs after the shoot?
Yes. If you initially requested two portraits per person but later decide you'd like more, additional images can be purchased from your selection gallery.
Our Studio Manager will assist with the arrangements and applicable charges.
