Two women sitting across from each other at a table in a restaurant or cafe, engaged in conversation. One woman has long dark hair and is wearing a white jacket, while the other woman has shoulder-length dark hair, glasses, and is wearing a dark top. There is a laptop, cups, and some papers on the table.

You've been holding it together. Now let's figure out what you actually want.

Coaching for people who are functioning well on the outside, but know something needs to change.

Who is this for?

Some people come to coaching in the middle of a big change. Others come because nothing is obviously wrong, but something feels off and they can't quite put their finger on it. Both are valid starting points.

I work with people who are thoughtful enough to ask hard questions about their own lives, and honest enough to sit with the answers. We slow things down, look at what's actually going on, and figure out what you want to do about it.

My coaching approach

  • I work with clients using a flexible set of tools and frameworks.

Rather than following a fixed formula, I adapt how we work based on where you are, what you’re struggling with, and what would be most supportive in that moment.

Depending on your needs, our work may include:

    Uncovering blind spots

Often, what keeps us stuck isn’t a lack of effort, but patterns we can’t see from the inside.

    Together, we look at:

    • recurring behaviours

    • underlying assumptions

    • quiet contradictions between values and actions

The aim isn’t to judge or label. It’s simply to see more clearly.

    Putting words to emotions

Many people know they feel “off” or “overwhelmed”, but can’t quite explain why. Emotional clarity is a skill. It can be learned.

    I help clients:

    • move beyond vague labels like stressed or stuck

    • identify what they’re actually feeling

    • understand how emotions are shaping decisions and reactions

Once emotions are named, they become workable instead of overwhelming.

    Building small but meaningful habits

I don’t believe in dramatic life overhauls that collapse after a few weeks. Instead, I focus on:

    • small shifts that fit your real life

    • habits that build over time

    • changes you can actually sustain

Progress doesn’t have to be loud to be life changing.

    Bridging capacity gaps

Not everyone struggles because they lack motivation or self awareness. Sometimes, people simply haven’t been taught:

    • how to reflect effectively

    • how to think through decisions

    • how to set boundaries or prioritise

    • how to zoom out and see patterns

Where needed, I help clients build these capacities so they feel more capable and less lost.

  • My primary role as a coach is to help you think clearly, see honestly, and make your own decisions.

At times, especially in areas where I have deep experience such as marketing, branding, leadership, or fitness, I may also share perspectives from my professional background.

    When this happens:

    • it’s clearly named

    • it’s always optional

    • and we return to coaching, where you decide what’s useful

The goal is not to tell you what to do, but to support you in thinking better for yourself.

  • When appropriate, I can also connect clients with trusted subject matter experts in areas such as:

    • cognitive therapy

    • health & fitness

    • business development

    • IPO preparation

I’m a coach, not a therapist and I believe good support sometimes means knowing when to bring in the right expertise.

Two women are sitting on a brown sofa in a minimalistic room, engaged in a conversation. One woman has dark hair, wears a gray top, white cardigan, and a cross necklace. The other woman is wearing glasses, a black outfit, and has her hair pulled back. There are framed photographs on a stand to the right, and a small table with a book behind the sofa. A hanging light bulb illuminates the room.

Coaching Fees & Discovery Call

Coaching sessions are available on a sessional or ongoing basis, depending on what feels most supportive for you. Sessions start from SGD150 per hour.

If you are feeling stuck, dealing with a dilemma or wondering whether coaching might support you, I offer a complimentary 15-min discovery call. This is a gentle starting point. It is a space for you to share where you are, what feels uncertain, and what you hope to move toward. You do not need to have everything figured out. You simply need to be honest about what feels misaligned or unclear.

In the call, I will also share how I work and what coaching with me looks like, so we can both sense whether there is alignment before any commitment.

Whenever you’re ready to explore the possibilities, simply fill out the form below and I will get in touch with you.
