Your information is used to manage your coaching arrangements, communicate with you, support your coaching journey and fulfil relevant legal or administrative obligations.
Confidentiality
Your coaching conversations are treated as private and confidential.
Personal reflections, coaching discussions and session notes are accessible to Shaan and are not shared with administrative staff. Our Studio Manager handles only the information necessary for bookings, payments and other administrative arrangements.
Information shared during coaching will not be disclosed without your consent, except where required or permitted by law, including where disclosure is reasonably necessary to address a serious and imminent safety risk.
Coaching sessions will not be recorded without prior agreement from both parties.
Sharing Coaching Experiences
We may share stories, experiences and insights drawn from real coaching sessions to help others learn from and relate to similar life experiences.
When doing so, we will anonymise or adapt personal details, including names, gender, occupations and other identifying circumstances, to protect your privacy.
Our intention is always to share meaningful lessons, never to reveal your identity. We will take reasonable precautions to minimise the risk of identification and will not publish stories that could reasonably identify you without your explicit consent.
Data Protection and Storage
We take reasonable measures to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
We may use trusted third-party service providers for communication, scheduling, payment processing and secure data storage. Information is shared only as necessary for these purposes, subject to applicable data protection requirements.
